Single Occupancy
There will be a surcharge of £25.00 per night. Room 1; The Bay Room; The Jade Room and The Beach Room are charged at the room rate only in High Season – June to September.
For a third person (or child over 12) in the larger rooms: full rate less 15%.
Single Night Occupancy
There will be a charge of £5.00 per person for a single night stay. |
Children
Children 12 and under sleeping in the same room charged at full rate per person less 50%. Full rate per person less 15% for their own room. Children must be 10 or over to be in a twin room unaccompanied by an adult
No charge for babies in a cot. A travel cot is provided in the large rooms but no cot linen.. |
Booking Cancellation & Room Deposit
You should take out travel insurance if there is a possibility you will have to cancel. A ‘Booking’ is a business contract.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible IN WRITING and with at least 5 days (120 hours notice). The full amount less 20% will be charged unless re-let at the full tariff.
If the room/s are not taken without notice given, a charge of the full amount will be levied.

Dogs
A charge of £10.00 per visit. Well behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement. They must not be left unattended in the rooms if they create a disturbance and they will not be allowed in the dining room during breakfast. There is a garden for exercise but please clean up after them. Other pets - please call us.

Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the dining room between 8:00 am and 9:30 am, Sunday 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance
Breakfast for non-residents at £15.00 per person. Please invite a guest to enjoy our famous breakfasts. Please book well in advance.

Payment
We take all major credit and debit cards. Cheques payable to "Woodlands Country House" are accepted when supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
VAT is at the current rate of 20%.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm; please check in by 8:00 pm. On the day of departure, please leave the room by 11:00 am. We do not take late arrivals after 10.00pm. |
Conditions of Stay
We take no responsibility for loss or damage to valuables. Cars are parked at the owner's risk. Antisocial and inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave with no reimbursement. Smoking is not permitted in the guesthouse. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room during breakfast.
We request mobile phones to be switched off during breakfast. Dress: For consideration to other people in the dining room, we would prefer shoes to be worn and that you are not in dressing gowns or pyjamas.
